How I work
AI is the team. I am the editor.
I do not use AI to write faster fluff. I use it to run a small agency like a bigger one: research, specs, code, reporting, creative, all drafted by models, all checked and shipped by me. The stack costs roughly $20 to $100 a month plus ad spend. That is the honest number.

About
The agency owner who shows the work
I started a digital agency in Lahore in 2018 and spent eight years doing the unglamorous parts of search: schema, entities, Google Business Profiles, technical fixes, content that ranks because it answers the question.
In 2026 the job changed. Search is being absorbed into AI answers, and the tools to do the work changed with it. I rebuilt how I work around Claude and a small set of automations, and started documenting the whole thing so the next agency owner does not have to guess.
Right now I am looking for a Head of SEO and AI Growth seat, or a client success role, with a team that wants someone who has run the whole stack himself. I also take a small number of consulting engagements on AI search visibility.
